If the Buyer purchases a product that has, in the meantime, been sold, then the Seller will contact the Buyer to agree on further action (refund of the amount paid, purchase of another product or delivery of a product of the same type when the Seller obtains it from its suppliers). The Seller, apart from the obligation just mentioned, is not liable to the Buyer in the described case on any basis.
The "basket" contains all the products that the Buyer has selected for purchase, along with the product price and delivery price, and the total price (including VAT). If the Buyer wishes to continue shopping, he selects the "Buy" link, and the system automatically takes him to the "Order" page, where he must confirm the information provided by the Buyer during registration, the delivery address, confirm or possibly change the delivery of the invoice and select the payment method (bank transfer, cash on delivery or credit card payment). Invoice details can be changed depending on whether the invoice is received by a natural person or a legal entity. If the invoice is received by a legal entity, the Buyer must enter all the required information.

The products will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport.
The buyer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt of the product and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept a shipment with visible external damage. The buyer is obliged to sign the shipping or delivery note upon receipt of the goods, which the delivery service will take as confirmation of receipt.
In cases where a product different from the one he bought was delivered to the Customer, he has the right to deliver the ordered product, and if this is not possible, the Customer has the right to a refund in the amount of the product price paid, the delivery price and compensation for the costs of returning the product, and is obliged to return the wrongly delivered product.
In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the specified period, it will notify the Buyer in order to agree on a new delivery date. In this case, the Buyer also has the right to terminate the Contract.
Upon delivery, along with the purchased product, the Buyer receives all the documents that accompany the product (user manual, warranty card), an invoice, and a confirmation of receipt of the shipment, which he is obliged to sign. By signing the confirmation of receipt of the shipment, it is considered that the product has been received without external visible damage.
The goods are insured against loss during delivery. When taking over the goods, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or the delivery note, and the delivery service takes it as a confirmation of takeover.

In accordance with Article 77, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, the user may unilaterally terminate the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods to the Buyer without giving any reason.
The user does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service has been fully fulfilled, and the fulfillment has begun with his express prior consent and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service is fully fulfilled.
In accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the user is liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The returned product must be in its original packaging and with the declaration, the corresponding contents and the invoice, instructions for use and warranty card. Better Bread doo determines the terms of return - percentages of reduction of the refund amount to the buyer due to a decrease in the value of the product.
The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.
Right to refund
Defects for which the seller is not liable
- The seller is not liable for defects if they were known to the buyer or could not have remained unknown to him at the time of conclusion of the contract.
- It is considered that those defects could not have remained unknown to the buyer which a careful person with average knowledge and experience of a person of the same occupation and profession as the buyer could easily notice during a normal inspection of the goods.
- The provision of paragraph 2 of this Article does not apply to contracts concluded by a natural person as a buyer outside their economic or professional activity with a natural or legal person acting as a seller within the framework of their economic or professional activity (consumer contract).
- The seller is liable for defects that the buyer could easily notice if he stated that the item has no defects or that the item has certain properties or characteristics.
Overview of things and visible defects
- The buyer is obliged to inspect the received item in the usual manner or have it inspected, as soon as possible in the normal course of things, and to notify the seller of any visible defects within eight days, and in the case of a commercial contract without delay, otherwise he loses the right he is entitled to on that basis.
- When the inspection is carried out in the presence of both parties, the buyer is obliged to immediately notify the seller of any objections to visible defects, otherwise he loses the right he is entitled to on that basis.
- If the buyer has shipped the item further without reloading, and the seller was aware or should have been aware of the possibility of such further shipment at the time of concluding the contract, the inspection of the item may be postponed until its arrival at the new destination, in which case the buyer is obliged to inform the seller of the defects as soon as he could have learned about them from his clients in the regular course of things.
- In consumer contracts, the consumer as the buyer is not obliged to inspect the item or have it inspected, but is obliged to notify the seller of the existence of visible defects within two months from the day on which he discovered the defect.
Unilateral termination of contract
In order for the User to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, he must notify Better Bread doo of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the deadline expires.

The Statement must include: account number, account date, name and surname, address, telephone number, fax number or email address.
If the user unilaterally terminates the Agreement, the money received from him/her, including delivery costs, will be refunded without delay, and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Better Bread doo receives the user's decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, unless the user has chosen another type of delivery, which is not the cheapest standard delivery offered.
The refund will be made in the same way the user made the payment. In the event that the user agrees to another way of returning the paid amount, he does not bear any costs in relation to the return. Better Bread doo can refund the money only after the goods have been returned or after proof that the goods have been sent back has been provided.
The User is obliged to hand over the goods or send them to the address of Better Bread doo, Put Vranskog Jezera 3, 23211 Pakoštane without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he sent his decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract.
The direct costs of returning the goods must be borne by the user. The user is requested to send an e-mail to hello@boogiebakery.com before terminating the Agreement in order to have the procedure for returning the goods explained to him.

If you find upon first use that the product you received is defective or that you are not satisfied with it, please contact us and follow the steps listed.

We will send you confirmation of receipt of the complaint and, based on your description, information on whether the product can be exchanged for a new one, whether a refund can be given for the product, or whether the product needs to be sent to an authorized service center.
In cases where the product can be exchanged for a new one and when money can be returned for the product, we send a delivery service to your address that collects the advertised product and returns it to our warehouse.
When the product arrives at the warehouse, we will send you a notification about the refund/sending of a replacement product. The refund/replacement for a new product will be processed within 2-3 days, and no later than after 15 days. Otherwise, please contact us by e-mail at
If the shipment is damaged in transit, such damage is visible upon receipt of the shipment, in which case we ask that you do not accept the shipment. Please contact us so that we can check the condition of the shipment and send a new one as soon as possible.

This is excepted in cases where the Seller is obliged, by a valid order of authorized state bodies, in accordance with the law, to provide or allow access to the Buyer's personal data.
Better Bread doo does not record your credit card number or store transaction data, and for credit card billing uses the services of a third party, an authorized bank, which protects your data with encryption.
The customer has the right to request the addition, correction or modification of inaccurate personal data.
